A Grievance Redressal Cell was established in the year 2008.Students are encouraged to approach the Committee members in person for legitimate complaints or drop their grievances in the Grievance Box.
AIM: To provide an avenue for the students to articulate their concerns and genuine grievances.

Mechanism of Redressal :
• To create and implement a mechanism to handle the reported Grievances.
• To attend to the grievances based on the authenticity and gravity of the Complaint made.
• To represent the grievances that may include maintenance, academic, and amenities
• The grievances cell accepts written grievances from the students. The cell is also actively available to listen, record and scrutinize the grievances submitted by the students
• To forward the findings to the Principal for further action.
• To maintain strict confidentiality.
• Grievance / suggestion box is maintained in campus and only the Principal has access to it.
• Online registration of grievances is also implemented. Students can access the online registration from through website and the grievances can be viewed by Principal to take necessary steps.
