The Department of English (UG) conducted pilot studies for English taught to non-English major students. This research was conducted by the Doctoral Scholar of English –Ms. Nesreen Mohammad from Jain Deemed to be University in the month of June 2022.

On the 15th of July, the Department organized a guest lecture on ‘Eco-Criticism’ by Ms. Suhasini. B. Srihari for all the English Literature students (UG). A visit to Dvanyaloka- Literary Centre, Mysore was planned for the month of August for the Optional English students Syllabus based movies were screened for the students such as ‘Rudali’ for II BA Students, ‘The Time Machine’ for the second year BSc and BCA Students and ‘The Rabbit Proof Fence’ for the second year Additional English students.
