❖ Department of Kannada organised -KOTI KANTA GAAYANA- an initiative Programme by Kannada and Culture Department, Govt, of Karnataka on29th Oct 2022. Our Principal Dr. D. Revina Rebecca inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp. 100 Kannada Students of all streams presented together the famous songs of the great Kannada Poets.
❖ Intercollegiate Kannada Fest Department organised KARUNAADA NUDI SAMBHRAMA- an Intercollegiate Kannada Fest on 3rd Dec 2022. Around 7 Colleges and nearly 350 students witnessed in this vibrant event. Chief Guest Dr. Padmini Nagaraju, Professor and Principal, Rani Saraladevi college , Jayanagar, addressed the gathering. Guest of Honour Kannada Actor M. V. Charan and the Principal of our college Dr. Revina Rebecca inaugurated the programme. WOMEN’S CHRISTIAN LAW COLLEGE. The entire faculty of Bishop cotton women’s Christian College took part and celebrated the state Language and culture. The prizes for all the events were sponsored by the Alumni students Anjana, Shilpa, Roopa, Malini, Jamuna, Sunitha, Madhu, Sumathi and Priya of 1995 Batch. It was a Memorable event for the staff and students at our college.
❖ Multi -Disciplinary Guest Lecture on 27th May 2023 Dept., conducted Multi-Disciplinary Guest Lecture on, -"Digital Revolution in Mass Communication Medias" by the Guest Speaker Dr. Dr. Chaya Anil Kumar. Head – Department of Journalism.
Dr. Chaya Anil Kumar, highlighted on the different stages of communication medias, The impact of digitalization on the quick access to mass medias, - The awareness about how digital India making our life easier, young mind’s start-up revolution etc., Over all the session was very informative and beneficial to the students.
