To mention about the mentoring activities that were happening throughout the year in the department we would like to make a mention of the various kinds of problems we helped students. To cope with and develop workable strategies to overcome the issues they came up with. Issues related to academic performance, personal and interpersonal problems, relationship management, and extra time was put into guiding students with their academic problems for the ones who had below average academic records. The students were always very enthusiastic about coming to the department and reaching out to any one of us for counseling whenever they were in need of it.
