The Department of Computer Science ,Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian College conducted a guest lecture on “Computer Vision and Machine Learning” on 12 th November 2020.The resource person was Mr. Varghese, Project Associate, Robert Bosch Center for Cyber Physical Systems, Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru. Around 98 students from BCA stream attended the guest lecture.

The speaker addressed the students on Computer Vision, Integrating Computer Vision with Machine Learning and the Applications of Machine Learning. The students were given an insight into some practical applications on Deep Learning, Neural Networks and Artificial Intelligence.

It was also a great initiative taken by the Department for conducting this session of knowledge sharing and gaining virtually especially during this pandemic.
