Department of Homescienc in collaboration with Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts - India organised An online Workshop On-Eggless Caramel Cake on 9th November 2020 between 1pm to 3pm. Chef Mukesh Rawat demonstrated the intricacies involved in the art of preparation of a caramel layered eggless cake with detailed description and lively demonstration of the entire process from the raw ingredients to the finished product . The only drawback was that the participants could not taste a piece of the delicacy or try first hand any of the steps as it was on the virtual platform -Zoom .99 participants were present . questions put in the chat box was answered by the chef with patience .It was indeed an enriching experience .thanks to the team from APCA - India
