2022-2023
1) GUEST LECTURE : Department of History and Political Science jointly organized a guest lecture on 9-12-2022,on the topic ‘Human Rights’ to observe the International Human Rights Day. Mr Ramesha G,Assistant Professor, Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies was the resource person. 80 students participated in the event.


2) WORLD TOURISM DAY was observed on 25th January 2023 by the Department of History. The 2nd year students made a visit to the historical places of the Bengaluru City.





3) BULLETIN BOARD : The first year students put up bulletin board on the topic “Monuments of Karnataka”, highlighting the historical monuments belonging to different ages.


4) QUIZ COMPETITION : the Department of History conducted a Quiz Competition “Prashna-mancha” for DISHA, the Inter-Collegiate Cultural Fest on 5th July 2023. There was enthusiastic participation by students. It was indeed a good learning experience for both the participants and students in audience.
