1. Innovative Practices:
Group Discussions, PPT, Assignment, Learning and Earning System (Think, Pair and Share)
Assignments were given on CCA- NRC Issues and Comparative study of Indian Constitution with US and UK
2. Guest Lecture Conducted:
A Guest Lecture on Financial Administration by Mr. Munichowappa. N from Jyothi Nivas College, Bangalore was conducted on 6th September 2019.
3. Field Visit:
Students of I, II & Final year BA visit Village Panchayat and had an interactive session with Panchayat Development Officer (PDO) regarding the Development Activities at the grassroots level on 24th September 2019.
The Final year BA Students to know the Court Proceedings, norms and to have practical experience visited High Court on 25th September 2019.
Students of II & Final year BA visited Vidhana Sabha and Vidhan Parishad to witness the Budget Sessions on 20th February 2020.
4. Fest:
At the Intercollegiate Cultural and Literary Fest "DISHA" where the theme was Turquoise (Save the Blue) on 20th September 2019 the department organized an event "Essay writing" Competition on the topic- Indian Ocean: It's Strategic Importance of India.
5. Value Education Classes were taken as per the Time-table. Informal Career Guidance and Counselling them on regular basis to develop a Positive Attitude towards life.
6. Seminar/Conference Attended:
Attended a two-day International Seminar on South Asia in Transition on 13th and 14 February 2020
7. Positions held:
BOS- Member for Jyothi Nivas College (Autonomous) Bangalore attended meeting on 27th January 2020.
